"Disconnedted during identification. It was almost done. Update: 1 step forward, then disconnedted. The root casue the application itself. If anything interrupts the process (eg. SMS sent by the agent, a password manager, etc) then app is immediately interrupted and the whole process must be started again. Also agent does not know the zero also told in british english as "nough". (1st person in my past 32 years who did not know this...)"
